Our custom
3-teeth 1308 PDC cutter
is specially engineered for challenging soft to medium-hard formations. We add 3 premium tungsten carbide inserts on the top surface of the PDC substrate, which greatly improves impact resistance, anti-abrasion performance and chipping resistance compared with standard 1308 PDC cutters.
This modified 1308 PDC cutter adopts high-quality polycrystalline diamond layer and 42CrMo alloy base. The three-tooth structural design optimizes rock breaking efficiency, reduces cutting heat and lowers the risk of diamond layer peeling during continuous drilling. The extra 3 tungsten carbide particles on the top act as impact protection points, effectively buffer shock loads when hitting hard interbeds, gravel and abrasive strata.
We support full customization: adjust the size of carbide inserts, tooth geometry, diamond thickness and back angle according to your drilling projects.
